I met Sean a little over a decade ago — and, as you might guess, it was at the golf course. We quickly became great friends; for me, it felt more like we were brothers. Sean was an incredible man and a wonderful friend to anyone who had the privilege of knowing him. I have countless happy memories of the years we spent together — on the golf course, at breakfast, lunch, or dinner with our wives and friends. Honestly, if I tried to tell them all, I’d probably have to write a book!
One of my favorite memories was the day Sean hit a hole-in-one on the 17th hole at Crescent Oaks Golf Club. The funny thing is, it wasn’t even a great shot — by Sean’s standards, it was actually a terrible one! The ball barely got eight or ten feet off the ground, landed just a few yards short of the green, and somehow rolled right into the hole. The three of us couldn’t stop laughing all the way back to the clubhouse, and of course, Sean bought drinks for everyone to celebrate. Rest in peace, big brother. Until we meet again.
With love and respect,
