Ruth E Gross' Obituary
Ruth Elanor (Cameron) Gross, 95, joined husband Lee and her previously passed loved ones on Friday, Sept, 28, 2019. She left us peacefully, surrounded by her immediate family at her home in Jennifer Gardens. She was born in Bentonville, VA. March 4, 1923, one of 10 siblings, to "Pete" and Ella Mae Cameron. She lived an active life as a wife, mom and Bridal Consultant, while finding time for bowling, golfing, dancing, singing (especially country tunes), and being a Cub Scout "den mother". She loved her cats, pie-baking and being active in her church for 50 years. She kept herself and her home both stylish and impeccable, while enjoying a long and loving relationship with her Northern and entire Southern family.
Ruth was happily married to Lee for over 73 years and is survived by her two children, Bill (Nancy) Gross, Connie (Brad) Jordan, 2 grand children, Mike (Sharon) Gross, Debbie (Michael) Lundberg, 2 great grandchildren, Meagan and Dylan (Laura) Gross, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Trinity, Florida, on Sunday, Oct 7, at 1:00pm, with visitation beginning at noon.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer Association, found at ATZ.org
