My dearest Coworker/friend...I'm so sad right now. He would say, "don't be sad for me, I'll be fine, girlfriend."
I really am loss for words.. he was so good to me, at work (AHCA) and even when I was out with my 2017 medical issue. Richard was there..a phone call away...so supportive of me.
I just saw him in Tampa before Christmas last year when I stop by his office. He was so happy to see me as I was him and just his normal funny self. So real, so authentic. Just a good guy. Like a uncle to me.
I cared for him so much. 💔
He took me under his wing when I started at AHCA. He was always sharing with me, teaching me, and protecting me. When he had his aquarium in the office, he helped me with mine and taught me how to take care of it.
Richard will be missed.. he's amongst all the angels watching over us.

Richard-I don’t know where to begin. Thank you for being a part of my work family at AHCA. I always looked up to you as my work dad all these years. You’ll be missed tremendously. My heart goes out to your family. Richard was a good caring man. Always went out of his way to help, or listen, regardless of what it was. Whether one of us was going through a family thing, especially with our own kids, sickness, you name it, his heart always poured out to everyone. He always had stories to share about his family. He loved decorating and putting birthday celebrations together, luncheons, or decorating for all holidays. Gone but never forgotten!
