There are so many great memories that I have with Ray, but there is one that makes me smile and laugh every time I think about it. We were on a trip somewhere, and we just boarded the plane. Ray was sitting in an exit row, so there was no where for him to put his backpack. So, he attempted to slip it under his seat. In doing that, it pushed the guys stuff that was seated behind Ray out. The guy pushed his stuff back in, which pushed Ray's bag out. Ray again, pushed his bag back in and the guy behind pushed his bag back. This happened one or two more times, and Ray finally had enough! He loudly and aggressively said, GET YOUR SHIT out from under my seat! The guy said it was his space, which angered Ray even more. Larke, Rachel, and Rosemary were mortified, and Larke was desperately trying to cool Ray down, while I was rolling in laughter because Ray was sooo angry and the guy behind feared for his life. Eventually Ray put his bag in the bin above (where it belonged) and we didn't get kicked off the flight.
