Phil was my very dearest friend for my lifetime and I'm feeling a great loss now. He was one of the best men I've ever known. He made everyone that knew him better. I know he loved me and Elaine and we loved him! We extend our love to Jan, Ross and Carmelyn, Yvonne and Vince and all of his Family.
