Philip Puleo's Obituary
Philip Puleo, 71, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away on December 20, 2024. He was born on August 13, 1953, in Ybor City in Tampa, Florida, to Angelo and Josephine Puleo, one of three siblings with his brother Ross and sister Yvonne. He graduated from Chamberlain High School in Tampa, then began a career in the finance industry, working most of his life as a mortgage broker. Jan Carla Alexander became the love of his life in 2010.
Philip will be remembered as the man, the myth, the legend! He was a kind and generous man, always loving and faithful. His happiest times were spent on the ocean, so he could often be found boating and fishing. Proud of his roots, he excelled in cooking traditional Sicilian cuisine. More than anything else, he loved spending time with his family.
Philip is survived by his wife Jan Carla Alexander; his daughters Michelle Serra and Melissa Puleo; his brother Ross Puleo (Carmelyn) and sister Yvonne Guggino (Vincent); his grandchildren Allycia and Nicholas Serra; his niece Carly and nephews Anthony (also his godson), Andrew, and Dominic; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
Honorary pallbearers: Anthony, Andrew, Domenic, Charlie, Albert Moo, Trace, Grayson, and Luca.
