Philip was a great man. He was a trusted person in my life in both work and friendship. I always knew he was there to get shit done. He will be greatly missed in my life. Rest in peace old friend. My condolences to the Puleo family. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Phil was my very dearest friend for my lifetime and I'm feeling a great loss now. He was one of the best men I've ever known. He made everyone that knew him better. I know he loved me and Elaine and we loved him! We extend our love to Jan, Ross and Carmelyn, Yvonne and Vince and all of his Family.
