My husband and I went on my first trip to Puerto Rico along with Ray and Karina on their honeymoon. We went to visit Petra and she made these delicious pasteles de Yuca and I remember her saying she couldn’t believe how many I could eat!
Over the next 30 years of knowing her, I grew to love her like my own grandmother. She loved my children and grandchildren like they were her own flesh and blood.
I love and miss you Petra!
Every Birthday was a blessing...
