It was such a pleasure to spend time with Pat during summers on the St Lawrence River. Other than my mother and grandmother, she is the only person I've known who made tat lacework, and she was an expert beyond compare. I will treasure my headband with tatting decorations all the more and think of her whenever I kayak past Norway Island.
Pat contributed many files to Largo Library over the years and also did a lot of alphabetizing of the information contained in the files. She was a generous and kind lady who I valued as a friend.

Pat was dear to me; I loved her. I remember when the two of us went to the Florida State Conference together and she miss placed the car keys!
