It's with a heavy heart that we learn about Miss Millie's passing. Many of you who have been practicing at Trinity Yoga may remember this spitfire of a woman. I still remember her as she would pull up to the studio, remove her oxygen, and stroll in to attend a power yoga class several times per week. She could hold in downward dog pose next to some of the buffest boys in class-- it was impressive. I would practice next to Millie and say to myself "I want to be like her when I'm in my 70's." There were days when Millie's body just needed the rest, but she would still show up to her power classes and take child's pose through most of it. Miss Millie set an example to all that showing up and doing whatever your able to do is enough. She was such a bright light and an inspiration to us all. We will miss you sweet lady. Om Shanti, may you and your family find peace.
