I am blessed to have known Mary personally and professionally for 40 years. She was truly one of a kind with a heart of gold. She looked for the good in everyone she met. Loving, compassionate, intelligent, loyal, competitive, and humorous are a few adjectives that first come to mind when thinking of Mary. She has given Barbara and I many wonderful memories that we will have in our hearts forever.

In a long colorful flowing gown, coiffed hair, and fingernails in a beautiful shade of red, Lady Mary greeted each day with empathy and grace. Mary made everyone feel loved and welcomed. Some of us, she took under her wing. No words can describe what a Blessing it has been to have Mary in our lives.

I met the Wilson’s when Lorraine was just two years old. Mary would put Lorraine in white Polly Flinders dresses and send her over to play. We’d put Lorraine on a horse in her dress and take off her shoes. Lorraine was a natural with horses from day one. We’d send Lorraine home with a filthy dress and a big smile. Mary only saw the smile on Lorraine’s face. Never said anything about the dresses we ruined. Mary encouraged me to be the best version of myself self as a young girl. She was always positive and encouraging. She taught me about gardening, instilled a love for the beach in me and was always so caring and supportive. I loved Mary as a mother. I know her presence will be missed. I love you Lorraine💕
