On December 30, 2023 at the age of nineteen, Logan Miller Hewitt lost his life in a motorcycle accident in his hometown of Land O' Lakes, Florida.
In Logan's presence, there was never a dull moment, nor a quiet one. Growing up, he developed a love for soccer, playing with close friends as a goalkeeper. He was able to attain numerous medals and trophies, which decorate the walls of his room. He is remembered by his schoolteachers and classmates for his intoxicating personality, constant positivity, radiant smile, and his uncanny ability to talk to anyone, which made him an excellent friend, teammate, brother, and son. He excelled in his classes, and from a young age, he began learning how to code. By the time he was in college and majoring in computer science, it was clear to see just how bright a young man he was. He is survived by his mothers, Angela Hewitt and Stacy Miller, and his twin brother, Quinn Hewitt.
His service on January 6, at 9:30AM will be pastel-themed. Casual wear and beanies or bowties were his favorites. It will be a public event for anyone who cares to come, and it will be streamed online and viewable for up to 90 days after the service. The service will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens, 12609 Memorial Drive. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Logan's honor to any Cat Rescue organization.
