Uncle Joe will be missed however we find strength in memories made over the years especially with my children. My favorite memory is when we were sitting at the table and Anthony was baby and wanted to play football outside….Chad said “what until we are done eating because our guests (uncle Joe and Aunt Roe) just got here”. Anthony said “I don’t want to play with you, I want to play with THAT GUY” and pointed at Uncle Joe. Mama spit out her food in laughter. …and off went Uncle Joe to play out back with Anthony.
My other favorite is most recently when they came to watch Anthony pitch and the other coach was mad that Anthony was striking everyone out and questioned his birthday…our coach came up and said “which coach came up to Anthony yelling”? Uncle Joe said “the one that is crying on his way back to his car”.
Chads favorite memory is him, Uncle Paul and Papa playing basketball out front with Anthony.
Thank you for the memories that we will always have. I know that you are with your family including some special ones in my heart, my Uncle Paul and Mama & Papa.
Love, Teri, Chad, Anthony & Gianna
