I have so many wonderful memories of John throughout the 39 years of him being our neighbor and great friend. Too many to list but some of my favorites are all the Christmas Eve's we have spent together and John dressing up as buddy the elf to help Santa (Chip). The day he became our youngest daughter Ali's godfather, watching this wonderful man being the greatest father and grandfather to his girls and grandchildren.
Our family was so fortunate to have John in our lives. He had so much love to give and looked after our family like no other. We love you John and will miss you always. Thanks for the wonderful times and memories!
Coach Cas give me a chance when I was 17 and I didn't really understand what it meant, but now I do. There were other adults who refused but he happily took me in and I'll never forget it. That's just the kind of guy he was. ❤️
