I didn’t know Jim for very long but he is very infectious with his charisma, humor, and laugh. We have music in common and loved listening to records. Every time I would see him he’d ask for a record to listen too and of course I’d oblige. My condolences to the family.

I am so sorry for your loss Diane, Melissa ,Mark and families. Jim, was always that neighbor at Sunset, who would be the first one too help me when needed( trust me I needed a lot of help). What I'm going too miss the most, are our conversations across the fence and our sit down "therapy sessions "....The squrilles and birds in Sunset Bay are never going too be fed the same..RIP Jim...thank you for always being so helpful ,kind and a great friend. I couldn't have asked for a better neighbor and friend. ❤️🙏🏻
