My deepest sympathy to Christine. Your dad talked about you all the time. He was very proud of you.
Joe was a great friend of mine for 35 years at The University of Tampa and after we retired. I will miss his friendship, our lunches, dinners and the opera. We had so much laughter together, and I am sure at times he had to have thought I was nuts. Who cared because we enjoyed our friendship. I was lucky enough to know his adorable wife Angie. He always talked about her as well as his only child Christine. My prayer is that you are with Angie. I will miss you my dear friend.
The Reference Librarians at UT always looked forward to helping "Joe"'s students because they had been given precise and full instructions as to their assignments. No time was wasted in the Librarians' presentations because "Joe" was thorough in the classroom. If there was a person who was more "balanced" on UT's campus, I can't figure out who it was; Prof. Joseph was serious but always had a smile on his face and a warm "Hello" for everyone; one of the best "guys" at UT in my 31 years there. So sad to hear of his passing. Heartfelt condolences to his family and friends. ART BAGLEY, Librarian Emeritus, at UT 1987-2019.
Dr Joseph was an outstanding professional and a pleasure to work with at UT.
