I met Frantz and his family in 1981 when I arrived in Minneapolis MN from Haiti to start college. From 1981 till 1992 when I finished my studies Frantz and his family have invested in me, encouraged me and kept track of me. Frantz has challenged me to walk according to what the word of God says. As a career ingeneer at 3M after his studies in NY he was a model for me. I thank for Frantz Morissette, for his example in faith and his generosity. Unfortunately I so I'll at the hospital that I was conscious of his going to be with his Lord until today , 3 days after my release from the hospital. My heart and prayers are with you Evelyne, Peggy, and Lesley.

I will remember him as compassionate, loving, funny, welcoming us in his home in Tampa. I keep great memories of our trip there. Always remember, never forgotten. To his wife Evelyne and daughters to deepest sympathies.

Il était le meilleur ami de mon père dans leur enfance. Il fut aussi son parrain de noce. Aussi loin que je me souviens de son passage à Montreal avec Peggy, Leslie et Evelyne dans ma jeune enfance. Je me souviendrais toujours de nos discussions en français. Tu es venu de loin avec Evelyne pour assister au 25e anniversaire de mariage de mes parents et par la suite notre marriage. My name is Brunet Toussaint. I met Frantz in the early 2000s shortly after I moved to Austin. The first thing we did together was to visit a life-long missionary to Haiti in Killeen, TX. Shortly after that he invited me to two Bible studies, one with a group of American friends and brethren of his and the other with a Haitian family that had recently moved to the area. Frantz nurtured my spiritual life for sure. But he also helped me with mundane issues having to do with home maintenance for he was a tenacious handyman. We maintained our friendship throughout the years and often talked about computer technology, software, and a host of other topics. We had a conversation regarding which personal computer to purchase less than two weeks before his passing. I will miss his spiritual advice and encouragement and his zeal for the Gospel of Christ.

I met Frantz in 2002 after moving from Boston to Austin. Pastor Soliny Vedrine was the one who introduced us to one another. Frantz made it a duty to meet with my family weekly for a prayer meeting until he moved to Florida. A great man of God who served him tirelessly until he was called home. Frantz, until I see you in glory, you will be missed greatly! Rest In Peace my friend, you have worked for the Lord, rejoice now in His presence.
