Ed was a great friend who lived a life governed by humor and charity. He traveled from Mamaroneck to visit me for basketball games, bowling, movies, vacations, and other activities. He was a great influence on my life and a true "brother from another mother".
I remember when I visited Ed and Doris's House in Huntington and he would swim with my children in his backyard pool. Although he will be missed, those who had interactions with him were blessed.

The best memory I have of Pop+Pop is his great big bear hugs!! I always remember almost falling off balance a couple of times because each hug was so so big, and a bit shakey. For all the memories I hold it wouldn’t be able to fit here, but each one holds closer to my heart than ever before.
