So sorry to learn of this. I worked at Sperry/Unisys from 1981 to 2008. Worked with Donna over so many of those years. One of the nicest people I have ever met. Had the privilege of having lunch with her and Chris Connolly several years back. I don't recall if she was back for a visit or hand not yet moved to Florida. I met Jeff once or twice, over the years, and worked with Leslie when she also worked that for a year or two. Condolences to all the family. Phil Dolinger

I've had an email in my draft file since Lisa told me of Donna's passing. I just haven't had the words to finish it. I have so many good memories of that beautiful woman. I can't even begin to count. I love the picture you have posted for that is how I remember her. She not only was beautiful on the outside, she was just as beautiful on the inside. She and your dad had only fifteen years together. That was sad as I always thought that if anyone personified the perfect wife, mother, and homemaker, it was your Mom. Unfortunately life handed her a much harder role. I never once heard her complain or bemoan her fate, but rather she pushed her way through it all. What a brave person she was...just amazing. I know you will all miss your mom, but her struggle is over and in the end she triumphed.

I know we have pictures somewhere, but the many pictures in our minds will work. Met “GiGi” while my daughter was on tour for a traveling show called “Goosebumps Live on Stage”. My sister, (Aunt Holly) was my daughters (Jaime) main chaperone and “GiGi” was her granddaughter Brittany’s chaperone. Needless to say our two families spent lots of time together traveling here and there many States from PA to FL to Michigan, Canada, etc. I did not get as much time with GiGi as my sister did, but let’s just say I always heard of the day to day happenings. GiGi was a gift and the kindest lovely lady ever! She truly loved her family and adapted easy to new places and embraced the experience. Thru the twenty some years which have passed, we have kept somewhat in touch and visited once a few years ago when GiGi was battling memory and health concerns. She did not forget us and even though your body and mind changes as you age, that smile and lovely classy demeanor was the same. I remember her to be a kind, loving classy lady, oh and very beautiful inside and out. Finally reunited with her love of a lifetime, I wish the family peace and resolve of many blessings having such a wonderful soul as Mother, Grandmother, Family and Friend. Memories live on, Love never dies and until the next meeting, smile and celebrate a stellar wonderful life lived. Love and Hugs Debbie, Brit and Family!
