Devyn Tylar Quincey Rowe was born on August 5, 1995, at Bayfront Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. Devyn peacefully passed away on April 25, 2023, after fiercely battling Cancer for the past twenty-two months.
Devyn was diligently working toward his dream of becoming a welder. In his spare time, you could find Devyn out fishing on the docks, listening to comedians, or out cruising the streets on his motorcycle. Devyn was known for his kind soul and charming personality. His infectious smile and mischievous laugh will forever be missed. When you think about Devyn, recall all the fun times you shared together and remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.
Devyn is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Charles and Lula Mae Rowe, his maternal grandmother Carolyn Graham, and his uncle Benjamin Sellers.
Devyn is survived by his mother and stepfather Sheila and Iliano Caminero Jr, father Charles Rowe Jr, grandfather Charles Graham, grandmother Isabelita Caminero, great-grandmother Helen Riley, his siblings Morgan Rowe, Iliana Caminero, Isabella Caminero, Iliano Caminero, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and one nephew.
