Dean was the epitome of everything I admire in a person. His faith, devotion to his family and his optimism. I enjoyed working with Dean at Cigna and always felt the Tampa Sales Office was the gold standard for the company; much of it due to Dean's leadership. I am glad we got to speak about a year ago and am sad he was taken so soon but will cherish the fond memories. You made me a better person, Love Ya Buddy.

As a neighbor, we had the privilege of knowing and sharing a community with a wonderful person. His kindness, warmth, and presence made a lasting impact on our entire family. Whether through a friendly wave, or a cheerful conversation, Dean brought comfort and light to not only us, but to all around him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by us all.

A man with unwavering faith, a contagious personality, and a heart devoted to his family, friends, and our Lord, Mr. Dean faced every battle in his life with courage, dignity, and grace. He was a steadfast leader, a devoted father and husband, and a loyal friend to so many whose wisdom, discernment, and honesty made such an impact in so many peoples lives. He leaves behind an incredible legacy of faith, resilience, and love that will never be forgotten.
Mr. Dean had always made me feel welcomed and treated me like his own. I am forever grateful for the counsel, guidance, love, and kindness he so freely extended to me.
One of my favorite memories with Mr. Dean is back when we were on a cruise vacation together. After one too many old fashions, we found ourselves to be the only two left in our group in the casino. He began to help me understand the game of craps. Being the only two at the table, I picked up the game very quickly. Needless to say, Mr. Dean and I walked away with pockets full of chips and big smiles on our faces. We ended that evening on the rear deck of the ship appreciating the beauty of the stars, having fruitful conversations about life, and enjoying our last bourbon of the night.
Even though our hearts are broken, I am rejoicing in the fact that he is now in heaven with Jesus and is completely pain free. More than anything in this life, Mr. Dean was a man who loved his family, loved his friends, and loved to help others. Everyone who was blessed enough to know him was surely encountered by his contagious laugh, personality, and dad jokes. To the family, thank you for pouring your love, care, and support into Mr. Dean his entire life thar helped shape the incredible man he was.
There is so much I could say about Mr. Dean. I had the blessing and privilege of sharing a lot of time and memories with him over the years. His legacy will never be forgotten, and his impact he made on his friends and family will continue to be carried on through us and through our memories with him.
