Christopher Gamel's Obituary
Christopher Gamel born June 4th 1971 passed away on November 30th 2017.
Chris had a Masters of Arts in European History with honors; his thesis being the Glencoe Massacre And How It Forged A Nation. Chris had a Bachelors of Arts in the College of Education from the University of South Florida.
Chris was a history teacher, his first year at Wesley Chapel and the following 16 years at JW Mitchell in New Port Richey, Florida.
Chris was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Gamel and father William Gamel. Chris is survived by his sister, Natalie Heaton and many extended family members of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Chris' interests include medieval re-enactment as a member of the SCA, (Society of Creative Anachronism), riding his motorcycle and tracing his Scot-Irish lineage and visiting Scotland. Most importantly was his passion for teaching; and he was proud to be able to share his knowledge of life and the world with his students.
