Our dearest, graceful Betty M. Covarrubias, peacefully took her last breath here on earth on April 7, 2024. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Roque Roy Covarrubias; children, Rachel Mayer, Mary Waugh and Byron Covarrubi Read Obituary
Betty was a special kind friend! As i was going through my own share of illnesses post covid Betty was there to encourage me to be more positive. We see each other in Angklung every Saturday during practice and one day she gave me her medallion of Father Pio . She told me to keep it and pray for my sickness to go away !
Thank you for the spiritual guidance and gift you shared to me . I will treasure it forever. May you rest in peace and never will say goodbye for someday we will be joined together in heaven by the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Father. Will miss your beautiful presence.
We will forever miss Tita Betty. She’s such a kind soul. Even if we didn’t spend much time with her as we live in the Philippines, the few times we’ve spent time with her whenever she visits the Philippines are such memorable ones.
