Barry Glover's Obituary
Glover, Barry, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, colleague, and friend died Saturday, March 30, 2013, in Land-O-Lakes, Florida of natural causes. Barry was born on August 15, 1947 in Fairmont, WV. Barry was a US Army Veteran; retired Captain, Clearwater Police Department; formerly instructed at USF; and later long time Professor of Criminal Justice at Saint Leo University. Barry innovated many programs to advance the study of criminal justice. He cared passionately for his family, students, and the University community. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 3rd from 5-8 pm at Trinity Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 12609 Memorial Drive, Trinity, FL. 34655. A funeral & burial service will be Thursday, April 4th at 10:30 am at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, family suggests donations to the Captain Barry Glover Scholarship Fund, St. Leo University, P.O. Box 6665, MC2354, St. Leo, FL 33574.
