Agnes Klara Boschen's Obituary
Boschen, Agnes Klara, 95, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. She was born on August 7, 1922 in Mount Pleasant, N.J. Her loving husband of 60 years, Raymond, preceded her in death as did her son, Fred Boschen, her granddaughter, Lisa Boschen and her great-great granddaughter, Nyomi Charles.
Agnes is survived by her five loving children and their spouses, Beverly Hardenfelder, Raymond and Barbara Boschen, Karen and Mitchell Kaplan, Gale and Bruce Huntington and Tina Boschen.
She loved children and was blessed with 4 grandchildren: John and spouse Connie, Lisa, Sharlet, Tara and husband Ryan; 11 great grandchildren: Jennifer, Cecilia, Kristy, Michael, Nick, Anthony, Amber, Javier Jr., Chloe, Ryan, Gabi; 5 great-great grandchildren: Ariana, Kingston, Nyomi, Ivoree, and one on the way August 28th. Rounding out the many family blessings, 1 great-great-great grandchild. Javier III.
Agnes lived a very happy, humble and honest Christian life starting on a chicken farm in, N.J. She worked diligently at many jobs; farming, factory, housekeeping as well as operating gas stations/car repair and lawn maintenance businesses with her husband, Raymond. Her spare time was dedicated to her family and children. Agnes was a member of the West Pasco Lions Auxiliary and the St. Michael Rosary Society. She never hesitated to help those in need and spent her days in prayer, especially praying the Holy Rosary for those in need around the world.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated locally at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Hudson, FL on Wednesday, April 4th at 11 a.m.
The family is observing Shivah at the home of Karen and Mitch Kaplan at 257 Washington Dr., Watchung, New Jersey on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 3rd and 4th, with a minyan service at 7:30 p.m. each evening.
A book could easily be authored to commemorate the extraordinary life of an everyday ordinary person, our loving Mother, Grandma, Gigi and Triple G, Agnes Boschen. Rest in peace.
