Vince was born in Schenectady NY in 1936, attended Hudson Valley Community College and after obtaining an associate’s degree moved back home to take over the family butcher business. He met and married the love of his life Charleen and focused his energy on raising their family. From birth to death Vince nourished his family and people around him with love and steadfast commitment. He had such self-discipline, and could be relied upon to be the quiet backbone of the family, making sure that meals were always cooked to perfection and the freezer was full of cookies. Vince loved to be on the boat and often spent time water skiing and teaching all the children how to ski as well. He changed careers and finished working as a baker at Freihofer’s before retiring to Florida with his wife. There they started on their next adventure together. Vince and Char spent much time with their church and Vinny really loved his bible study and community of friends they had made. He will be dearly missed by his loved ones, who celebrate the fact that he is at peace with his creator.
