Victoria G Barrientos' Obituary
Victoria G. Barrientos was born in Kingsbury, Texas, the daughter of Adolf Gaitan Sr & Rojelia Maria Garza.
She was a wonderful lady, brave and strong individual. She loved the outdoors, watching the birds, soaking up the rays and listening to the wind. She lived during the Great Depression and the start of World War II. She experienced hardship in her life. However, she was optimistic and determined to provide for her family. She was a great mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and much more. She was married for 22 years to Roberto Barrientos who has also passed. They are both missed very much.
She is preceded in death by her daughters Olga Cervantes and Delia Barthel, grandson Juan Manuel Barrientos Jr, and her son Ramon Barrientos.
Victoria leaves behind 5 daughters and 3 sons: Yolanda, Roberto Barrientos Jr, Elena Butera, Rosa Diaz, Adolfo Barrientos, Maria Lechuga, M Anna Reyes, and Juan Barrientos. She also leaves 40 grandchildren 69 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Trinity Memorial Gardens on Thursday, March 7th, at 4:00pm. the family will receive visitors two hours prior, from 2:00 to 4:00.
