Thomas Charles Schuett's Obituary
Thomas C Schuett of Lutz passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018 at the age of 70. Born in Detroit, MI, he is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 46 years, Vickie, brothers Paul (Trudy) of AZ, Mike and Dan of MI. He will be deeply missed by his sisters-in law Alice De la Plante, Jane Nogueira (Bento), Debbie Peck (Bruce), and brothers-in-law, Jim Lade and Joe Lade. His 10 nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and nephews and all those who knew him as Uncle Tom. He will also be missed by his many friends and his canine companion, Tula. Tom had a Shell Service Station and Snow Plow business Toronto until he and Vickie moved to Tampa, FL in 1976 to enjoy the sunshine and water sports, fishing, water skiing, scuba diving and boating. In Tampa he was an auto mechanic at Chrysler for 25 years (one of the best) and a Snap-On Tool franchise owner. Tom was known for his infectious smile that would lite up the room and his cheerful and fun-loving nature. Facing many physical adversities, he never complained, always more concerned about others than himself. Everyone looked forward to his phone calls and he tried to never miss singing Happy Birthday to everyone on his calendar.
Services to be held on July 29, 2018 at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Trinity, FL. Visitation 12:00 to 1:30, service to follow.
