I apologize I just found out, I'm saddened by his passing and my condolences go out to his family. Then Captain Gilliland was my first Company Commander, we later served at the Florida National Guard Military Academy as TAC Officers. He was always a mentor and there to help when I needed guidance, I regret not keeping in touch. God Bless you Broth
Kim and I are so sorry to hear of Steve's passing and our sympathies go out to Pam and their family. Steve was a dear co-worker and a spirited debater on the issues we worked together. I carry many fond memories' of his dry wit and unique sense of humor. Kim and I as Vets also THANK his family for his Service to this country and are saddened by the fact another warrior has gone on to a greater reward.
We enjoyed knowing Steven and the Gilliland family in our Centerville United Methodist Church family. He was a great mentor to many in the military. He will be missed. Mary and Jerry Prater
