Scott Allen McClain's Obituary
Scott McClain, 62, of Citrus Springs, Florida passed away on December 4, 2025. He was born on September 25, 1963, in Melbourne, Florida to Johnie and Helga McClain. He spent more than 20 wonderful years with his wife, Tori Ottolino, whom he married November 24, 2018. Scott had a big personality that he shared with everyone he met, often with a joke that had a great punch line with shock value. He found great solace in his faith that was deeply important to him and a driving force in many of his accomplishments, achieving nearly 30 years of sobriety, as well as building a life with Tori. Scott had several passions that he generously shared with the world. He created countless beautiful woodworking pieces and also valued music, playing guitar, and creating several songs that also deeply impacted his life. His passions, love for Tori and his faith creating the great tapestry of his life.
Scott is survived by his wife Tori Ottolino and his brothers Jack McClain and Danny Gattis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnie and Helga McClain and his brother Murrel McClain. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of the Springs Catholic Church, 4047 NE. 21st Street, Ocala, Florida, at a later date.
Tori wishes to express her thanks to the family that has provided Scott support through his battle with cancer, in addition to Moffitt Cancer Center and Hospice for the care they provided.
