Sandra L Holtzman's Obituary
Sandra “Sandy” Louise Holtzman gained her angel wings on March 30th, 2023, in Tampa, FL. Sandy was born in Washington DC, on May 31st, 1945, Daughter of parents, Adele and Charles Barnhouse, beloved sister of Peter. She is survived by her loving husband Robert Holtzman, loving children, Jana, RobertJr.,and Scott. Sandy was the grandmother of 6, Brooklyn, Paulina, Paloma, Leanna, Michelle and Joseph, great grandmother of 2, Noah and Giovanni, and mother-in-law to Frank, Christine and Rita. Sandy married Robert on August 14th, 1965and they were happily married for 57 years. They started their journey together in their first family home in New York, but they moved around often, including, Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, and California, eventually settling down in Florida. To say that her family and friends will miss her greatly is an understatement. In her free time, she enjoyed going to the beach, shopping for purses, but mostly spending quality time with friends and family. She had an amazing sense of humor and a beautiful laugh and was razor sharp! She was kind, generous and compassionate. She loved her entire family. She worried about us, rooted for us, protected us, forgave us when needed, and always kept on loving us. Sandy was immensely proud of her family, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Sandy’s ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 at Trinity Memorial, 12609 Memorial Dr., Trinity, FL34655. Viewing services start at 10:00 am to 11:45. Funeral services will begin at 12:00pm with burial and a small reception to follow. In lieu of sending flowers, the family would greatly appreciate a donation to a cancer research organization.
