Sandra (Sandy) Mae Cote 58 of Odessa passed on July 11,2026. She is survived by her loving family: daughters Kimberly and Amanda Cote, son Mark James Cote. Her three grandchildren Roman James, Isabella Grace, and Emilia Cote. Sister Tammy Lyman. She is preceded in death by her Husband James Cote, Father John Weier, Mother Brenda Curl Weier, and brother David Weier. She had 2 sisters in law, 2 brothers in law and many nieces and nephews.
Sandra graduated from Hillsborough High School class of 1986. She became president of the Future Business Leaders of America(FBLA) her senior year. She was a very smart businesswoman, and a proud owner of Cote's Septic Tank Service, that was established in June of 1986, just celebrating 40 years.
Sandra and James married on February 7th, 1987 in Tampa FL. They were married for 31 years up to James passing in 2018.
Sandra's greatest achievement was raising and molding her 3 wonderful children into the successful contributors they are today. She never missed a ball game, practice or field trip and was always the first to volunteer when asked. She always put her kids first, and made everyone feel welcome. She may have only had 3 kids of her own, but she was a mother figure to so many of their friends. In her free time she loved Butterflies, dancing, attending Bucs games, reading a good book, or watching a documentary. She loved planning and going on vacations, especially if they involved the beach.
Sandy, Mom, Momma Dukes, Memaw, may you rest in peace. You were a kind and beautiful soul. You will forever be missed and will always be in our hearts
