Rose Marie Welter's Obituary
Rose Marie Welter, 97, of Clermont, Florida, passed away on June 12, 2026. She was born on February 5, 1929, in Dayton, Ohio, to Eugene and Elizabeth Brun. She attended Olive Branch High School. Rose Marie married Michael W. Welter on April 14, 1948, and the couple raised four daughters together, Victoria, Susan, Michelle, and Nicole. Rose Marie and Michael enjoyed 59 wonderful years of marriage prior to his passing. Rose Marie’s proudest achievement was raising her four daughters, whom she loved very much.
Rose Marie is survived by her daughters Victoria (James) Hughes of Galena, Ohio, Susan Wheeler of Monroe, North Carolina, Michelle (Charles) Pratt of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Nicole (Peter) Napolitano of Clermont, Florida, and her twelve grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by her husband Michael W. Welter, Michael Pratt, and Baby Boy Wheeler.
Services are planned on Friday, June 19th, 2026, at Trinity Memorial Gardens Funeral Home and Cemetery, 12609 Memorial Drive, Trinity, Florida, 34655. A visitation will be held beginning at 1:00pm and funeral service at 2:00pm, and entombment in the cemetery’s mausoleum at 3:00pm. A reception will immediately follow the entombment.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rose Marie’s memory to the Mike Conley Hospice House located at 2100 Oakley Seaver Boulevard, Clermont, Florida, 34711.
