Ronald Stradone's Obituary
Ronald “Ron” Stradone, 81, of Odessa, Florida, passed away on August 25, 2024. Ron was born on March 9, 1943, in Amsterdam, New York, to George and Sarah Stradone. After his graduation from Wilbur H. Lynch High School in Amsterdam, New York, he went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Benjamin Franklin University in Washington, D.C. He retired as owner and executive vice president of EMS in 2012.
Ron was known for his big, friendly personality. He was liked by everyone who met him. In his spare time, he could be found out on the golf course, or watching his favorite sports teams compete. He was a wine connoisseur and collector. More than anything else, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Ron is survived by his wife Angela Stradone; his children Kimberly Stradone, Jason Stradone (Susan), and Ronald Paul Stradone II; his stepchildren Teresa Lonardo (Thomas), Danielle Arcaro, and Dennis Cieri (Shakhnoza); his grandchildren Eddie McKinney (Carmen), Alexandra Arcaro, Juliana Arcaro, Angelina Lonardo, Anabella Lonardo, Dennis Cieri Jr., and Joseph Cieri, Jesse McKinny; his brothers Gary Stradone (Carolyn), Jeff Stradone, and Chris Stradone (Karen); his nieces Sarah Ward and Christina Stradone and nephews George Leo Stradone and Matthew Stradone; his uncle Paul Stradone and aunt Laura Brach; and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Sarah & George Stradone and nephew Kyle Stradone.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations be made in Ron’s memory to the American Heart Association. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
