Ronald Roth's Obituary
Ron Roth. August 25, 1946 - April 5, 2021
Ronald Jacob Roth was born in White Plains, New York on August 25, 1946 to William Roth and Velma Verost.
At the age of ten, he cleaned bar stools at a soda fountain and was paid in milkshakes, but he was quickly removed of his duties when it was discovered that he was taking too many pay advances.
The stint at the soda fountain taught him the importance of work ethic and properly investing money. Ron went on to become a very successful entrepreneur whose business acumen often took him to Asia and Europe, where he made lifelong friendships with many people around the world.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Timothy’s Catholic Church in Lutz, FL. He was proud to have sung in L'église de la Madeleine in Paris with St. Timothy’s Catholic Church Choir in 2011.
Ron had a kind heart and a generous soul and always put his family first. His proudest accomplishment was being Grandpa and Papa to his grandchildren whom he loved dearly.
Ron was predeceased by his first wife Mary of Chicago, IL. He is survived by his second wife Norma of Lutz; his son Ronald A. Roth of Chicago, IL; and Norma’s children Carmen Gibson (David “Gib”) of Lutz, Jose Rivera (Kim Stoutamire) of San Francisco, CA and his grandchildren; Katie, Kelsey, Ronnie Jr., Kylie, Sofia and Charlie. As well as his dear cousins, nieces and nephew; Sharon Martin, Christa Martin, Maryann Lembo, Veronica Carino, Ricky Lembo and many more close friends and neighbors, including Bruzr the dog.
