Kat Couillou
I am deeply saddened to just hear about the loss of Bobby. He found me at my lowest point at platinum fitness in verona NJ this was about a year after my dad passed away and i had just joined the gym not knowing what i was doing at all lol he approached me one day telling me he had this urge that he needed to help me but wasnt sure how or why. He then offered me a complimentary training session- I accepted he put me through one hell of a workout finished and said goodbye. The next day I approached him asking to sign up with him. He subtly sold me training without pitching any packages or pricing. A few weeks later as im standing waiting for him he approached me from behind and said “yo katman you ready to kill it?” I turned and looked st him frozen. He asked me what was wrong I explained to him only my dad ever called me that. It was st that moment he understood why he needed to help me and i knew it was a sign that i was in good hands. Long story short i thought i was just going to train 2x a week to stay healthy but flash forward and my life changed forever thanks to this amazing kind hearted generous guy. He then became my mentor/teacher/friend/coach as i also became his first prep client. I wouldn’t be where i am today if it wasnt for bobby. He changed the lives of so so many people myself included and i am extremely grateful and thankful for him coming into my life and bring me back from a dark place i was in after my dad died. For old times sake #teamsudol may you rest in the sweetest peace bobby, or coach B as I always called you. Thank you for paving the way for me into the fitness industry 💪🏾💔
