I have so many fond memories of Rita. Rita was just like my Mom and we lived right across the street. Tony built our house. Our families were so close - as everyone was, on Wilbert Terrace, as Gladys Burr shared. It was the best of times. I can still hear her 'Rita' laugh. She brought so much joy to life. I am very sorry to hear of Rita’s passing. Being part of the Wilbert Terrace neighbors is one of my best memories. Ice Skating party in Rita’s backyard, parties in the beautiful basement.
