My deepest condolences in the loss of your amazing mother. I have many happy memories of your Mom and her salon in Port Ewen and sitting in her chair as a kid, getting my "Pixie" haircuts. She was such a warm and loving woman and she left an impact on many lives. I am glad that she got to live a very full life and got to see her many grandchildren and great grandchildren continue her legacy. As a child I remember vividly entering your home and walking through your mom's Salon. For some reason, the scent of it attracted me. I recall her huge smile and warm welcome while ushering us into the kitchen for delicious homemade cookies and a glass of milk. I remember thinking to myself how glamorous she was and reminded me of a beautiful movie star. Reading her obituary confirmed that she was a superstar in the way she chose to live her life. Many accomplshment's to be proud of, but none as meaningful as the love held in her heart for all of her children.
