Randall "RJ" Tate's Obituary
Randall Wayne Tate Jr. 27 years of age (11/01/1995 - 8/16/2023), sadly passed away in Phoenix, AZ.
RJ was born to his parents Randy & Regina Tate on November 1, 1995. RJ will be forever remembered as a talented musician with a love for his trombone. Not only was he a talented musician, but he was a great teacher, teaching anyone who had an interest in music. Music wasn’t just something to do, it was how he made connections with many people. He was preceded in death by his parents Randy & Regina Tate. He is survived by his “Dad” Donald [Teresa] Tate (Tampa, FL); “Mom” Janelle Tomczak (Tampa, FL); sisters Samantha Fay Chamness (Phoenix, AZ) and Winnter [Tyler] Jacobucci, nephews Oliver and Calum Jacobucci; grandparents Mildred and Frank Gravino (Tampa, FL), Robert and Esther Tomczak (Tampa, FL) as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
All those he loved and touched deeply. Please join us celebrating his life Monday afternoon August 28, 2023 between 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Trinity Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 12609 Memorial Drive, Odessa, FL 34655.
