Ramesh Uncle was a terrific neighbor and friend, and we often shared a good laugh. Ramesh Uncle helps me to keep an eye on my parents, especially counseling Dad on senior-risky behavior. Here's a recent photo of him at Dad's birthday party, bringing the party spirit & wearing one of the prop policeman's hats given out to those who will scold Dad with care. :-) One time, he saw a turtle crossing the street into our open garage, so he dashed over to advise my parents to close the garage. Unfortunately, the turtle beat him across the street. We will miss watching him tend to his garden (providing a beautiful view for us), going on walks with Auntie, and popping over for a quick catch-up. Jyoti and I feel truly fortunate to have met Ramesh Bhai in Attleboro, Massachusetts, during the early days of our marriage when we were new to the area. From the very beginning, he embraced us with open arms and made us feel like a part of his family.
Ramesh Bhai was deeply devoted to his family, friends, and community. He lived with humility, generosity, and showered love on everyone around him. His warmth, thoughtful guidance, and unwavering support created lasting bonds with us and left behind a legacy of love and respect.
Although his presence will be greatly missed, his values, his laughter, and the many lives he touched will continue to carry his spirit forward. We remain forever grateful for the time we shared with him and will always cherish those memories.
