Pushpaben D. Patel's Obituary
🕉️ Jai Shree Krishna 🕉️
With profound grief and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Pushpaben Dilipbhai Patel, who left for her heavenly abode on March 24, 2026, at the age of 71. She attained Sadgati (the supreme state) peacefully at her residence in Tampa, Florida, surrounded by the love of her family.
Pushpaben was born on September 30, 1954, in Sunav, Gujarat, to Muljibhai Patel and Maniben Patel. She carried with her the values of faith, devotion, and resilience throughout her life. A proud graduate of V.B. Multipurpose High School, she later dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker, creating a home filled with warmth, love, and unwavering support.
She was the heart of her home and a true pillar of strength. Deeply rooted in Dharma, Pushpaben lived a life defined by kindness, humility, and selfless service to others. A devoted wife to Dilipbhai R. Patel, whom she married in May 1974, she shared 47 beautiful years of marriage filled with partnership, devotion, and mutual respect.
Pushpaben found joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially visiting new places and creating memories with her loved ones. Her generous spirit, daily prayers, and unconditional love touched everyone she encountered. She consistently placed the happiness and needs of others before her own, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and grace.
As Lord Krishna says in the Bhagavad Gita:
“The soul is never born, nor does it ever die… It is not destroyed when the body is destroyed.” (2.20)
While we mourn her physical absence, we take comfort in knowing her Atman continues its journey toward eternal union with the Divine.
She is lovingly remembered by her two sons, Vikram Patel and Kunal Patel, and her seven cherished grandchildren, who will carry forward her legacy of love, faith, and wisdom.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dilipbhai Patel; her son, Parin Patel; and her parents, Muljibhai Patel and Maniben Patel.
Funeral Services will be held on March 28, 2026, at Trinity Memorial Gardens, beginning at 10am.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to BAPS. The family also extends their heartfelt gratitude to hospice caregivers for their compassionate support and care.
May the Almighty grant her soul Moksha.
Maa, you will always remain in our hearts. Aatma Ko Sadgati Prapt Ho.
