Having just heard of Paul's passing, I'm buttressed by the fact that I at least had a chance to sit next to him on the first day of orientation with the county. Having both started on the same day, we shared our experiences in attaining the positions we had and he seemed genuinely excited to finally be in this place in life. Will see you on the other side, Paul! My best to his good friends and family, as well as the rest of us that knew him less well but could tell he was a good spirit.
