With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Patricia Keane Hibler, a cherished mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, who departed this world on April 6, 2026, at the age of 97. She was born on November 1, 1928, in Oakland, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Patricia's life was marked by love, dedication, and generosity. She was a proud and devoted mother to six children, Kathy Barthel, William Hibler, Mary Maszle, David Hibler, Sandy Matteo, and Mark Hibler, who were the light of her life. She treasured every moment with them, offering wisdom, laughter, and unwavering support.
Patricia shared a lifetime of cherished memories from her childhood adventures to shared milestones of her life. Whether through her warm smile, thoughtful words, or steadfast support, she left an indelible mark on many hearts.
Patricia was a dedicated housewife, raising her six children, and after they grew, she took on the job of a school bus driver for the Bethel Park School District, driving students to and from school as well as special events. She moved to Florida four years ago and continued sharing her lifelong stories with others.
She was preceded in death by her parents Kathleen and Jeremiah Keane of Greentree, Pennsylvania, her six siblings, and her loving husband William E. Hibler of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. She is survived by her six children, fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.
