Nichole Kress' Obituary
Nichole Kress fought stage 4 colon cancer for 6 years before she took her last breath on January
10th, 2024.
She was the strongest woman to so many as she endured so much throughout her fight.
Nichole leaves behind her husband, William Kress and 3 children, Zachary, Alexis and Emma Kress.
She is also survived by her parents George and Lana Kekovich, 2 sisters Dawn Anania and Tammy Sicilano and brothers George Kekovich and Barry Peters as well as their families. Anyone who knew Nichole, knew how much she cherished all of her family and friends that she is now watching over.
Nichole was always the most nurturing person you could ever meet. Anyone who knew Nichole gravitated to her because of her enormous heart, and pure soul. She absolutely adored every child that she ever came across and immediately became their best friend and caretaker. Nichole gave 100% of herself to everyone, especially her children who she has raised to be 3 amazing young reflections of her!
Nichole spent most of her young and adult life either helping or raising children. She started watching children in her high school years, went on to Publix Supermarkets to work her way into management. When she married and began to have children of her own, her true calling came back into her life when she went into the daycare industry. Nichole was not only able to be close to her children, but was able to impact so many other children and their families. In 2005, Nichole became director for Discovery Point in Seven Oaks. The daycare environment is truly where she made her mark! She was able to impact thousands of children as well as help develop a family culture with loving and caring teachers that affected every parent that walked through the door. It became more than a school, it was a family. Parents knew their precious children were getting the best care they could possibly receive thanks to Nichole and her team!! She will be missed by so many she has impacted throughout the years, but it is a guarantee that Nichole will continue to impact all of our lives. She will be watching every single one of us until we meet again.
