Natasha Correa's Obituary
Natasha was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on April 26, 1974. She grew up in the metropolitan area and later moved to the town of Fajardo on the island's east coast. There, she worked for over ten years at the iconic luxury resort El Conquistador. It was at this resort that she met her spouse, Xiomara, and they began dating in 2007. A couple of years later, they decided to relocate to the Tampa Bay area to embark on a new life adventure as an engaged couple. They got married on Halloween 2010.
In 2016, Natasha and Xiomara chose to attend Pinellas Technical College, where they studied Baking and Pastry Arts and graduated at the top of their class. After spending two decades in the hospitality industry, they transitioned to work in the food and restaurant sector for different companies. Natasha spent nearly eight years at Hellas Wholesale Bakery in Tarpon Springs, advancing from Baker to Packaging Supervisor.
As a transgender woman, Natasha lived authentically and passionately. She was caring, protective of her loved ones, outgoing, and confident. She was an enthusiastic food lover and an exceptional cook. She loved playing video games and watching various types of anime. Natasha had a passion for all things related to Japan and harbored a desire to visit the country someday.
Anyone who met Natasha will not easily forget her vibrant personality. She is survived by her son, Ivan Manuel, and her spouse and soulmate, Xiomara.
