Nada Fay O'Brien's Obituary
Sadly, our beloved, Nada O’Brien, 76, passed away December 29, 2025 in Tampa, FL. after a long battle with cancer. Nada was born December 20, 1949, to Leonard and Elwanda Pruitt in Texas, raised in Imperial Beach, CA.
Married to Michael O’Brien, they shared 50 plus years of marriage. Nada is predeceased by her son Cory, and loved and remembered by her children Wendy, Tammie (Todd), Dianne (Garon), her 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Nada also leaves behind a supportive group of relatives, and countless friends.
Nada’s greatest joy was the love of her husband and of being a Mom, Grandma, and Great Grandma. She would consider her greatest fulfillment her family.
She also found happiness in creating memories through sewing, cooking, baking, antiquing, and gardening. She volunteered with Guardian ad Litem and lived her faith by serving others and loving them.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 4th at 1pm, with a service and reception to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Trinity, FL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Save the Michaels (https://www.savethemichaels.org/) in Buffalo, NY.
