To Mike's loved ones, I worked with him in the early 2000's at Medtronic, and am so very sorry to hear of his passing. He was so smart, very funny, very kind, and just a pleasure to know. Please accept my condolences for your loss.

Dear Naoko, Hannah, Anne,
It has been probably two years or more since we had our cookout at your house in Tokyo with my wife Naoko and sons Toma and Lewis. I was shocked and very saddened to hear of Mike's passing and our family's prayers are with you in your time of loss; I only wish we could do more. Mike was a very good friend and excellent business partner and I'm sure it goes without saying that he will be missed by all that knew him.
