Merritt E. Kreuzinger's Obituary
Merritt Kreuzinger passed away peacefully at home in his sleep (just as he and his family had hoped for) on Thursday June 23, 2022, at the age of 83. Merritt is survived by his wife Sharon of 61 years; brothers Paul (Janice) and Tom (Ann); children Lucky Slike, Sheryl Shreeve (Dan), Karen Vorhees (Tim); grandchildren Amber, Samantha, Jackson, Kirby and great grandchildren. His daughter Marianne predeceased him.
Born Jan 1939 in Evanston, IL, he moved to Florida with his family at an early age. He spent his adult life, after military service, as a mechanic working in many different industries. Most of all, in life, he loved his family, his cat, and his garden. Merritt will be greatly missed for his love of life, laughter, family, and the ingenious effort he put into everything he did.
