Matthew my older brother, I can’t believe you are gone. You gave so much love to me and you taught me how to give. I will remember your heart and will see you again.
Thank you dear Lord for the life you give us with Matthew. We had some wonderful times with him. I’ll always remember his Tennessee twang that he never did quite shake from his speech. I’ll always remember his exciting voice when he would talk to me. He was always very loving to my wife Lisa and adored his nieces and nephews. Thank you God for the promise of the afterlife, where Matthew is forever at peace and rest, and where we will one day meet again forever more.
My deepest condolence to Matthew's Mom, siblings and the entire Gould family. Keeping you all in prayer during this difficult time! I'm so very sorry for your loss. May Matthew Rest In Peace in the Arms of Almighty God.

Remembering Matthew as a little boy who was close in age to one of my sons and the time his mother brought him and his siblings to visit me and my two sons....not long ago his mom (my best friend) sent me a picture of what Matthew wrote after his visit--not sure of his age (maybe age 9 or 10); and, now having that "sweet" writing I will cherish it always!
Thank you, Lord, for Matthew's life and the wonderful and precious memory he has given to me and my sons by writing down his memory of visit to our house--please tell Matthew we love him and so loved reading his "sweet" memory of that visit--it has made our memories even sweeter of that time we were all together!
