Mary DeVincentis' Obituary
Mary DeVincentis, 90, of Trinity, Florida, passed away on November 30, 2025, at Suncoast Hospice Care Hospital in Palm Harbor.
Mary was born on March 7, 1935, in New York City to Angelina and Giuseppe DeMarco. She graduated from Bayside High School in 1953 and later attended Flushing School of Nursing.
On January 5, 1956, she married Anthony DeVincentis and together they shared 49 years of marriage.
Mary worked as a nurse for over 44 years, mostly at Flushing Hospital in the Operating Room and as Head Nurse in the Pediatric Department. She continued her nursing career at Glen Cove Hospital and then worked 'per diem' when she relocated to Florida. In her free time, Mary enjoyed playing golf, participating in various activities in her home community, and traveling in the United States and Europe (both land and sea) with friends and family.
Mary is survived by her four children and their spouses, son Anthony DeVincentis (Terry), daughter Theresa Cremo (Fred), daughter Cathy Morgan (Tim), and son Eddie DeVincentis (Kate); seven grandchildren, Christopher DeVincentis (Toni), Danielle Broxmeyer (Daniel), Kevin DeVincentis (Ester Stilwell), Chelsey Cox (Kyle), Taylor Cremo (Eric Gurevich), Em DeVincentis (Iley Cao), and Sophia DeVincentis; four great-grandchildren, Palmer Cox, Atlas Cox, Charles DeVincentis, and Adeline Broxmeyer; and her sister Nina DeMarco. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Anthony DeVincentis.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 pm, followed by a burial at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 10:30am.
